Maison Svahn is located in Hourtin, in the Médoc, Gironde. It is just 200 metres from Lake Hourtin and right alongside the Vélodyssée, the famous Atlantic cycle path. You are about 1 hour by car from Bordeaux, and 12 km from the Atlantic ocean.
The house comfortably accommodates 8 people. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a generous living/dining room for family meals.
The lake is just 200 metres from the house, a few minutes' walk away. The Atlantic ocean and Silver Coast beaches are about 12 km away, or 15 minutes by car. The ideal location to enjoy both.
Absolutely! The house is single-storey, making it very accessible. The enclosed 1000m² garden is perfect for children to play safely. The lake's Children's Island is just 2 km away. Games, children's bicycles and equipment are available on site.
